Payment Methods
Deposit: To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation: Clients may cancel up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled date and receive full credit for future services. No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule anytime before 24 hours of their scheduled time by emailing info@prolensstudios.com.
Late Arrival: We wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. After that, the appointment will be canceled with no credits provided.
