How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for popular wedding dates, especially during peak season (May-October). However, we sometimes have last-minute availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
What is your payment and deposit policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding day. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! We love destination weddings. Travel fees apply for weddings outside the Philadelphia area. Domestic travel typically includes flight, accommodation, and a travel day fee. Contact us for a custom quote.
How many photos will we receive?
The number of photos depends on your coverage and wedding timeline. On average, expect 50-75 edited images per hour of coverage. All images are professionally edited and delivered via online gallery.
Can we customize our coverage?
Absolutely! We understand every wedding is unique. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and we’ll create a custom solution that fits your vision and budget.
What is your cancellation policy?
The initial deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll work with you to find a new date based on availability. Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date forfeit the full payment.
